General Guidelines

Lemont Baseball and Softball Club (LBSC) Umpire Requirements:


  • Boys/Girls must apply to be a LBSC Baseball or Softball Umpire.
  • Complete a mandatory training session.
  • Required age is 12 years of age. Recommended age is 14 years of age or greater.
  • Umpires must act in a responsible manner, be confident, and be decisive.
  • Weeknight and Weekend schedule availability April thru June.
